When I first knew about kaizen I thought can I implement it in personal life. And I got answer, “Yes”. My employer company was practicing the Kaizen and I have seen the positive changes and progress.

[Kaizen is the practice of continuous improvement. Kaizen was originally introduced to the West by Masaaki Imai in his book Kaizen: The Key to Japan's Competitive Success in 1986. Today kaizen is recognized worldwide as an important pillar of an organization's long-term competitive strategy.] I was paralyzing in some areas of life despite working hard. I decided of Kaizen Training. Change can be scary. We subconsciously choose the familiar stable behaviors instead of the awesome, unknown future. Applying Kaizen philosophy, we can reprogram our brain to stop being afraid of new patterns and behaviors.

Change comes through specific small and simple action continuously. Each day, just focus on getting 1% better in your specific task. Yes, Just 1%. It will start compounding on each other. You’ll start to notice the improvements in your life.

Want to start the exercise habit?

Just do a single push-up as soon as you roll out of bed in the morning.

Want to start journaling? Just start off with writing few lines.

Want to start meditating? Begin with a minute of breathing exercises.

You already know what you need to do.
